Pursuant to article 26.8 of Mongolia’s Law of Education, all foreign education quality assurance agencies must register with Mongolia’s National Council for Education Accreditation (MNCEA). As a government chartered agency overseeing education accreditation work in Mongolia, and a legal body authorized to enforce this law, MNCEA dutifully request all foreign education quality assurance organizations operating or planning to operate in Mongolia to register with MNCEA.

MNCEA has simple and straightforward process of registration.  Foreign agencies are to download and fill out the registration form in accordance with instruction and with required documents enclosed send the form to MNCEA.
