J.Ariunbold, director of MNCEA Secretariat and Angela Yung-Chi Hou, Executive Director, Higher Education Evaluation & Accreditation Council of Taiwan (HEEACT) signed a three-year term memorandum of agreement between two organizations, November 29, 2018.

Parties agreed to collaborate in exchange of staff, reviewers and evaluators to observe both HEECT’s and MNCEA’s accreditation evaluation activities, joint development of accreditation workshops and seminars, and cooperatively lead a select group of schools programs through the accreditation process.
