MNCEA continues collaboration with HEEACT

The Mongolian National Council for Education Accreditation (MNCEA) and the Taiwan Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation Council (HEEACT) are continuing their cooperation with the extension of an earlier Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between the two agencies that was signed in 2018. Both agencies agreed to renew and extend the MoA for an additional term of five years, until 2027. The renewed MoA was signed by Dr. Yanjmaa Ochirbat, Deputy Chair of the Board and Director of the Secretariat of MNCEA, and Dr. Fu-Hsing Lu, Executive Director of HEEACT. The signing ceremony was held virtually and was also attended by Dr. Hua-Chi Chou, Associate Research Fellow & Head of Project Division of HEEACTMs. Mandy Yin-Chia Shao, International Affairs Coordinator, HEEACT;  Dr. Batdulam Sukhbaatar, Senior Officer for Research and Development, MNCEA; Ms Saruul Erdem, Senior Officer for International Relations, MNCEA; Dr. Bolor Buyandelger, Officer for International Relations and Accreditations, MNCEA; and Mr.Yondonsambuu Tserenpuu, Advisor for National Information Center, Media and Website Development of MNCEA.

The aims of the renewed agreement are fostering of the existing relationship between the two agencies, further strengthening of the partnership, and promoting technical cooperation that will be of mutual benefit, through avenues such as exchanges of information and experts, capacity building and collaboration in future quality assurance and accreditation activities.
